oh god, no, we'd never be able to colour it manually. People bought the volumes and ripped them and the project is just putting english on to it.

Started last year around this time (I think) on these forums. We had a 150 pg thread that was deleted because the admins received a dmca takedown notice. There's no specific group, it's a bunch of people who got together and started doing it. The lack of public info is intentional, less likely to attract unwanted attention. The only public source is opdcc.blogspot.com. most of the project takes place in semi-private channels (as is the norm with most scanlation groups).
