It is about Romeo and Juliet which Romeo becomes Ranma.

Oh wait, it is just like that one-shot without the dragon man isn't it?

    Technically, yes (16 characters)

Best friend is a mix of Furuichi and Kanzaki, that alone makes it worth reading. xD

A lot of the character design were recycled. At least the main love interest is not Aoi's clone & the guy isn't completely love dense like Oga.
I need to wait for the translation to understand what's going on.

    Stupid Amozon cancelling Zwitch Pre-Orders....

I don't remember Amozon selling chicken legs.

I don't know if its because of the translation...But I don't find it funny at all. The humour fell flat. I feel Beelzebub first chapter was way funnier.

The pacing is like really slow too...

But since is Tamura, I'll keep reading & see where it goes.
Taiga is the second MC i know of that confessed his love in the first chapter alone.

Funny. I always found Beelzebub's weakness is to be trying to be too funny.

Beelzebub flowed between slice of life, comedy, supernatural battle and delinquent sometimes too fast for it's own good.

Let's see how this one goes.

I don't know what to think of this manga.

    Not really funny.

    I got nothing...

Weird 1st chapter but I'm glad that Tamura is back. I'm guessing he's trying to go for a combination of Beelzebub and the one-shot he drew some time ago (guy in girl's body if I remember it correctly).

    Beelzebub characters, Beelzebub characters everywhere.

Daoism/Taoism. You know, Chinese spell casters. Pretty rare to be in Japan, as mentioned in this manga.

I do have to chuckle though, gender-bending kungfu highschool boy? Now where have we seen that before... lol

Not really sure what to think of this. Just seems like the same humor style as Beelzebub. I can't see it lasting long unless it picks up a bit.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

So many of the characters so far look like exactly like those from Beelzebub lol. We will need to see what direction it goes. I don't think the humour was the issue in Beelzebub, rather the story progression after the first few arcs was lacking. We need to see if this goes action-comedy like Beelzebub or stays a Romance-Comedy like it is hinting at.
