Did you pick up the PRO or just the regular PS4 if I was starting out I'd grab the pro even though there aren't much games supporting 4K. You'd also need a 4K monitor also which games did you get ?

What I got from that scene was that Sanji esacped himself somehow. Especially since most of Germa was busy fighting a war.
