Sorry for the random visitor message but I mostly agree with your thoughts, & you seem like an avid manga dude, so I thought I'd tell you mine.You have to admit that it's goddamn hilarious that someone saw the "What makes One Piece so good!" thread and thoughtWAITHERETICSI CAN'T LET THIS PASSand created a nasty thread that I can see being on the front page for months.If that thread stays on the front page for long I am done with the manga section.One Piece has some small problems here and there, but I just don't find it logical at all to be lashing out at it when it's (IMO) one of the best manga running. I just don't understand why their energy isn't used to lash out at any number of lesser series.Like, even Medaka Box, which I find to be way lower on the totem pole than OP, I still wouldn't go on a forum to criticize against endlessly.But hey, they can tell their children that they bitched endlessly at this wonderful story. I'm not going to have such a dark tale to tell.

I know we haven't really interacted much but I rather like you as a poster. So I'm going to request Friendship. I don't just Friends the popular posters, I do it for anyone who I think is notable or respectable.
