I've also taken down the re-telling of Movie 6, so I can fix up any translations in regards to Kaizoku-Fansubs' recent release. Hopefully there isn't much and nothing big that made it tell a slightly different story.
It is also important to note that chapter 457 is out curtesy of jojohot. It's a Chinese scanlation, but a few members of the board have kindly translated it into English. So, it went from Japanese to Chinese to English... something like this sounds very familiar.

One Piece DS Game "Gear Spirit"

Gear Spirit (ギアスピリット) will be a card and action game which utilizes the DS's touchscreen. "Touch the cards to power up!!"
It allows wireless play with up to 4 players. It looks to be a fighting game.
Its release date is to be announced and will be sold for 5040 yen. Images can be found in the below links.

Eisaku Inoue, One Piece Animation Director, Will Be At Anime Expo

Anaheim, California (May 16, 2007) Animation director Eisaku Inoue is the latest addition to the hottest line up of Anime Expo 2007 Guests of Honors for the highly anticipated 2007 convention June 29-July 2 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
On One Piece, he serves as chief animation director while creating the storyboards for the TV series. Moreover, Mr. Inoue has served as chief character designer and chief animation director for One Piece movies One Piece - Adventure of Spiral Island, One Piece the Movie: The Mecha Soldier of Karakuri Castle and the recent hit One Piece the Movie: Episode of Alabasta Kingdom The Pirates and the Princess of the Desert.
