Chapter 404 / One Piece: Pirates' Carnival

According to IGN.com, One Piece: Pirates' Carnival will arrive in North America this spring. Celebrate?
As for the weekly chapter, I guess whoever did the last week's TOC made a mistake or something, and we ended up having chapter 404 this week. I don't know what to believe any more, but if this week's TOC guy is accurate, we'll have a color spread next week. Yay. Since our forum is still on the move, please go KEFI in mean time:

Due to all the problems we have had with our previous host, we are once again moving forum hosts. So for now and until most likely Sunday or even Monday, the forums will be down. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will keep you posted on what is happening from here though.
UPDATE: The server the forum is moving to is going under some required maintenence so will be down for a bit, thus delaying the forum move. Sorry for the inconvenience.
