Chapter 24: Usopp talks to Kaya though the ground floor window of her house.
Episode 9: Usopp talks to Kaya on the second floor, while sitting on top of a tree.

Chapter 24: Luffy climbs the gate normally to enter Kaya's estate.

Chapter 38: Jango caught up with Kaya and the kids. They all pretended to be hypnotized and attacked Jango from behind when he cornered Kaya.
Episode 16: Jango never caught up. The kids make a vow to protect Kaya to the death, and set up a trap against Jango, in which they trip him with a rope.

Chapter 17: Two guards appear at the house to get rid of Usopp when he tries to warn Kaya about Kuro. Usopp defeats them easily.

Chapter 13: Zoro confronts Butchie a second time before beating him for good, as seen in the anime. The extra fight takes place during the time Butchie is defeated in the anime, thus the defeat in the manga occurring while Usopp struggles to move.
