The Bison Fruit's Eater
Former head of the Drum Defense Forces, Dalton, ate the Ushi-Ushi 'Bison Model' fruit some time ago. A proud, valiant man, he balked at the policies of his new King Wapol. Dalton's honor compelled him to stand up to Wapol twice, once at Hiruluk's demise and again as the Bliking landed at Drum, both times being defeated. He is currently the King of Sakura Kingdom.

Dalton's Bison Fruit is most worthy of acknowledgement for one reason, that it introduces the reader to the third type of Devil's Fruit - Zoan. As far as storyline goes, Dalton does resemble a typical ox anyway; the Ushi Ushi Fruit is just the next step.
Form Notes
Human Form: Dalton's human form is very physically strong, much befitting his bison state. In both this and his hybrid forms, he wields a bizarre sword, almost shaped like a flower petal of sorts.
Hybrid Form: The most battle-ready form, Dalton as a hybrid gains all the mobility of a human on top of the added strength of a bison.
Animal Form: Used by Dalton for overland travel, the animal state is both quick and powerful.
