Never seen without a slab of meat in his mouth, the pirate called Lucky Roo by his comrades is a member of Shanks' crew. Roo seems a jolly fellow, a party-hardy type. You might also be able to say that he's a whiz with a pistol and a speedy bugger to boot. That all depends on how much you read into things because at this point we don't know anything.

Lucky Roo has appeared in all of three chapters and, considering we know next to nothing about him anyway, his past and reason for following Shanks is unknown.
