Pre-intro
Robin spots SogeKing peering through the window. Wanze attempts to finish Sanji once and for all by viciously focusing his attack directly at him with thick amounts of ramen (Fukumen Spank). To his surprise, pieces of ramen fly back at him. What could possibly be happening when it looked like Sanji was direclty hit? Sanji destroys a large portion of Wanze's ramen suit with the use of two kitchen knives. He readies his dual knives, his Special Knife Handling Technique! Bekkaku Houchou Sabaki!
Nero's Rankyaku (Tempest Leg) connects but Franky seems unaffected and blows fire towards his way. Nero leaps off the roof and demonstrates his Geppou (Moon Walk) to return. Both of them square off and demand to know what they are!
When it seemed like Wanze was defenseless with the arms of his ramen suit cut off, he uses his feet to attack. Sanji slice through and begins his assault. His Epluchage (Skin Peel) peels Wanze's suit and his innard body is exposed.
Post-intro
Franky defends Nero's attacks with his Hoshi Shield (Star Shield) and fights back by shooting nails from his mouth (Master Nails). Nero resorts to his two pistols but realizes that Franky tries to escape. With Nero following, Franky turns around and shoots at Nero (Beans Left) but Nero easily evades. Nero uses his pistols and shoots Franky in the back, realizing that Franky did have a weakness after all. Franky shoots again (Ouch Finger) but again misses. Franky dodges Nero's next attack and decides to do something about his situation. If he's laying on his back, Nero can't harm him! Franky Invincible!
SogeKing sits down with Robin and introduces himself. He tells her about Franky and Sanji being on the same train and attempts to convince her to come back. Everyone is here to fight and save her. Claiming that she doesn't belong to the crew anymore, Robin continues to refuse aid. SogeKing can't seem to get her to listen.
Corgi barges in after hearing the commotion. SogeKing has taken advantage of Robin's cloak and hid himself within it... except for his arms. Corgi knows something's wrong, but he can't seem to grasp it...!
Nero feels that the fight has become a joke, but Franky is dead serious. He gets up and reveals his greatest form: Franky Centaur! ...Except it's backwards! But, it seems that it's part of his plan.
Back in Rocketman, Luffy finally spots a sea train ahead of them. Everyone prepares for battle, but Kokoro felt that it was too soon to see Puffing Tom.
The car that Sanji detached rocks back and forth against the waves. The agents and marines also spot a train reaching them.
If Sanji and Usopp are inside, Rocketman will kill them! Unable to break, Luffy had no choice but to go and investigate the car before Rocketman reaches it. He rockets over there and crashes into the car. He calls for Sanji and Usopp as the marines and agents watch. They finally realize that a notorious pirate is standing among them! They shoot but to no avail. None of them know who Sanji is, so Luffy leaves. The marines and agents fire again but it does nothing to stop him. Luffy jumps to the roof and signals Zanbai, telling them that Sanji and Usopp weren't there. Luffy also calls to Zoro and tells him to cut it. Zoro steps up and uses Nitouryuu Iai, Rashomon! The car is cleanly sliced in half! Luffy leaps and returns to Rocketman, as it speeds it way towards Puffing Tom.
The sliced car floats on the water's surface and the marines are left in a worser situation than before. But not to worry, Captain T-Bone is still out there.
Zoro tells them that it isn't over yet. He slips his bandana on as Rocketman nears a dead Sea King, one that was cleanly sliced in half. It was him.
